Commercial Network
Times have changed. So have your customers.
The DivDat Kiosk Network (DKN) delivers a proven model of efficiency, convenience, reliability and effectiveness in collecting current and delinquent taxes, water bills and energy bills for municipal authorities and utilities. We have created a comprehensive solution that goes well beyond the scope of a Kiosk machine and embodies a program and process that serves major billers and their customers alike.
DivDat Kiosks deliver high-degrees of satisfaction to both billers and their customers. We are low cost to billers, No-Fee to Consumers, offer real-time use, reliability, ease of use and simple convenience that are hallmarks of our proprietary kiosk program.
Low initial-cost provider, does not mean low-cost collections.
Initially our model may not appear to be the low-cost kiosk service. There are other models that disregard customer satisfaction, usage and sponsor so-called convenience fees. All of these models may offer lower initial costs than the DivDat Kiosk model. The problem is these models also foster dissatisfaction resulting in idle kiosks and ultimately project failure.
The DivDat Kiosk Model requires a commitment and investment from major billers who want to better serve their customers AND drive down collection costs over time. There are a host of other associated factors (overhead, infrastructure, overtime, reconciliation, cash pick-ups, etc.) that drive down per transaction costs.
Launching the DivDat Kiosk Model with a major energy company in Detroit may have placed the convenient kiosks at the high-end of their collection cost model. By working in collaboration with their customer satisfaction team, satisfaction ratings have risen dramatically and the cost per transaction is now among the lowest cost per walk-in payment model.
Similarly, for a major property taxing authority, kiosk collection costs are dropping while customer satisfaction is rising. The DivDat model of dropping costs and increasing usage with rising satisfaction is captured in actual performance metrics. These results are similar for all DivDat Kiosk Network alliance billers. That’s a tangible bottom line result of the DivDat Kiosk Network difference.
Self-Serve, Fee-Free, Bill Payments
The DivDat Kiosk Network (DKN) in the Detroit Area consists of many kiosks located primarily in Detroit, Wayne County and suburban locations.
The volume of kiosks are about evenly dispersed and deployed among retail stores and community centers, many with extended hours (some 24/7) that are convenient, safe and well-lighted.

Some kiosks are placed to meet geographic requirements and don’t always get 4,000 monthly transactions, and some are over 4,000. The range should be from 500 per month to 4,500 per month.
