The DivDat Bill Online solution empowers both the consumer and the billers’ Customer Service Reprsentatives or cashiers with easy and flexible account management and payment options.
With the DivDat solution, Representatives have real-time access to accounts that can feature multiple locations/statements, view current statements and amount(s) due, manage eBill and AutoPay functionality and process payments. Employees have searchable administration tools such as the robust transaction report, future scheduled payments report, account activity report, allowing access to historical customer details. Billers backend AR and treasury systems will receive real-time payment postings and daily remittance files for accurate reconciliation of settled payments. DivDat POS equipment options include:
