The payor can dial a toll-free telephone number and quickly access their account information. The payor calls 365/24/7 and payments are made quick and easy with a credit card or electronic check. This technology can also prompt you for multiple languages.

DivDat is currently in development of our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Bill Payment System that will allow consumers to use smart speakers Amazon Echo and Google Home to check their balance and even pay their bill using voice commands.
