The Customer Service Representative's efforts are complemented by the Sales Representative and an Information Technology (IT) Specialist. As a team, they are available on a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week basis to ensure excellent communications.

Whenever necessary, this team draws on the resources of and expertise of DIVDAT's managers and employees, many of which have been with us since our beginnings in 1971.
