Challenge:
A major telephone directory publisher asked DIVDAT to print-and-mail its sales reports and monthly statements to its nationwide sales team. But after a thorough analysis of the publisher's needs, Diversified suggested a different solution that would offer greater speed and cost savings...
Solution:
Utilizing our custom application and data processing capabilities, DIVDAT created a payroll process in which we accept sales data from the publisher, prepare commission reports for each of the company's 1,500 sales representatives, and post the reports on a secure website.
Results:
DIVDAT also prepares and posts deposit statements that correspond to the publisher's automatic payroll deposits. As a result, the sales force receives its monthly commission and payment information quickly...and the publisher saves thousands of dollars in the process.
