Challenge:
One of the world's largest producers of packaged food and beverages has for 10 years relied on DIVDAT to print-and-mail 1.5 million statements and other documents every month, as well as provide electronic archiving and EBPP for all of its documents. Recently, the company wanted to update the "look" and improve the deliverability of its mailed invoices...
Solution:
DIVDAT not only improved the appearance of the client's statements, we also created space on each invoice for dynamic marketing messaging that can change for each consumer. Our DiversiTrack system is monitoring the progress of return envelopes containing payments as they proceed through the USPS system. We are also using our Return Mail Management system to capture invalid addresses and automatically update lists to improve the accuracy of future mailings.
Results:
The new invoice design and the technologies that were made available with it has saved the client significant costs, and improved the Customer Service function, as well as customer communications.
