CASHLINC Vault
DIVDAT’s online archiving tool provides state of the art security and efficiency. Through a web interface our clients can virtually have their documents at their fingertips. By seeing an actual rendering of the document in .pdf format, the Vault can provide critical customer service; engage in Point of Sale solutions; resolve document disputes; assist in meeting legal requirements such as Sarbanes Oxley and HIPAA.
Notification Services
Broadcast Voice
Dynamic and personalized voice messages can be sent to inform customers of an overdue account, payment due date, shut-off notification, marketing message, welcome notification, appointment reminder, and other configurable notifications.
Customers can be prompted from any BVM notification. A customer can also “zero out” to a customer service representative who can answer questions or process a payment.
Electronic Bill Presentment
Billing statements and invoices in your format can be emailed to your customers via a secure web interface. These notices would be identical to the versions that can also be mailed to your customers.
Broadcast Email
As with our BVM capability, notification messages can be emailed to your customers.
Broadcast Text
This message format provides a personalized notification to a customer via telephone. All notification messages are possible.
Broadcast Fax
As with our BVM capability, notification messages can be faxed to your customers.
Print & Mail
Currently, DIVDAT employs multiple high-speed printers, both color and black & white, and insertion equipment to fulfill more than 12 million mail pieces a month. We produce variable data invoicing, collection notices, statements, checks and other financial documents.
In addition to print and mail, DIVDAT offers a variety of mail tracking, validating and scanning solutions to insure that addresses are correct and that mail gets to where it needs to be.

Interactive Voice Response
Your customers can pay their bills through our fully supported computer voice response system. Through voice or push button prompts, their payments are processed and confirmed.
Mail Remit
This is the return process for our Print and Mail notification option. Our DiversiTrack USPS barcode system monitors all outbound and return mail.
Kiosk
Strategically placed payment / remit kiosks can offer your customer payment points other than your offices, freeing up your customer service representatives.
Electronic Bill Payment
We can create a secure Web site for you that has your company “look,” a Web site that we will support to provide your customers the ability to pay their bills online. Bills can be paid via ACH, CC, and can be set to be paid automatically. We can also provide chat rooms and toll-free phone numbers for customer service.
