In 1996, Ms. Cardaris lead initiatives with many corporations and banks to process and fulfill credit reports and IRS data. In 1997 to 2003, Ms. Cardaris transferred to the corporate office and was assigned to focus on client satisfaction to grow a segment of DivDat print and mail business. With 11 clients to start, Ms. Cardaris grew the clientele base to an additional 320 satisfied customers. In 2001, Ms. Cardaris was asked to oversee the Ferndale Operations and later was assigned to over sea the Las Vegas Facility for all product line operations.
Ms. Cardaris primary focus is client service and overall workflow across the multi- channel product lines of DivDat. Ms. Cardaris manages the Kiosk Ambassador program, focusing mainly on hiring, training, and directing the Ambassador team in providing an awesome client and end user experience. Ms. Cardaris background includes team leadership and business development across all multi-channel products at DivDat.
Ms. Cardaris has devoted her professional life to the Service Bureau Industry. Prior to DivDat, Ms. Cardaris worked in the retail industry and at a very young age, 21, was the youngest person promoted to the management team. Ms. Cardaris applied to Marshall Field Corporation Client Service Management Program where she was selected for the program out of 150 candidates.
