Today, DivDat is uniquely positioned as a leader in the emerging field of Preferential Communications, through the development of CashLINC and other product innovations that embrace Web-based and other new technologies to seamlessly integrate a company’s entire communications platform. The proprietary data integration, notification and response system is a comprehensive receivables management communications tool for our clients in the credit and collections, utilities, financial services, insurance and telecommunications fields, among others.


High Functionality & Quality Operations

The premise of the DivDat Kiosk Network is high functionality and quality operation. Given that there are many kiosk manufacturers and kiosks deployed for a host of functions including payments, many industry kiosks sit idle or go unused. DivDat wanted to ensure that its kiosks were deployed to maximize adoption and usage. The deployment quality measurement includes location, desired transactions, flawless functionality, security and a host of factors that all contribute to the user and biller satisfaction level with the DivDat Kiosk Network. We are very proud of the fact that the DivDat Kiosk Network is marching toward 2 million transactions with nearly flawless performance and functionality. Our state of the art security and counterfeit bill detection system has ensured that DivDat has yet to accept a counterfeit bill. While biller treasury and transactions systems have crashed or been taken off-line, the DivDat Kiosk Network has not experienced an operational outage since inception.

Our team members have extensive experience in using and deploying formal quality programs including ISO 9000, ISO 14000 processes, Six Sigma, Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and VOC (Voice of the Customer) formalized communication and tracking. DivDat has developed its own internal quality control and measurement program based on elements of international standards and has established quarterly User Advisory Group meetings with kiosk clients. Further, DivDat has conducted formal focus groups on the kiosk user experience to further refine the performance and functionality of the software and hardware deployed in DivDat kiosks making them the industry standard for processing of essential bills such as tax payments and utilities.
