Return Mail Management (RMM) from DIVDAT reduces the delays and costs traditionally associated with undeliverable mail.
With RMM, you can eliminate common delays and expenses, such as those incurred for mailing second and third notices to invalid addresses, processing returned mail, (e.g., letter opening, key-stroking, etc.), or forgoing revenue as you wait for undeliverable mail to be returned.
Operation is easy: With RMM, undeliverable mail is directed (via the return address) to a DIVDAT-hosted post office box. We then capture the invalid addresses and determine why the mail was undeliverable.
A file is then sent to you showing all "undeliverable" addresses along with the reasons the addresses are invalid. You can use this file to update your database, thereby improving your mailing efficiency and reducing your costs. (Or, better yet, we can!)
