DIVDAT’s Real-time Document Delivery Solution is a web based real-time printing request system initiated by the end-user. This system can also be integrated into any user interface that the client currently uses.

The delivery method of the requested documents varies for each client depending on the specific business requirements. For example, an end-user creates a print request and can receive a PDF version of the document within ten seconds. A hardcopy can also be requested to be printed by DIVDAT and dropped into the mail stream the next day.

For legal compliance, a .PDF image can be created, which mirrors the exact document that was mailed, and sent asynchronously to a secure FTP site for retrieval. Once the images are retrieved they can be inserted into a database for permanent storage.
