DIVDAT rolls out its LetterTracker and PaymentView systems to the Credit and Collections Industry.

In the past, DIVDAT has offered these systems, based upon the USPS Confirm/Planet Code technology, to several of its clients in the financial industry. This implementation in the Credit and Collection industry provides several advantages to agencies who utilize DIVDAT to produce its collection letters. For example, agencies can prove that particular letters were mailed, which helps in dispute resolution. In addition, agencies can now automatically update their dialing systems, eliminating many unnecessary calls, and reducing costs.
