Through our NCOA (National Change of Address) Service, for example, we can update your mailing lists to reduce undeliverable or duplicate addresses before your pieces are printed, stamped and mailed.
Using NCOA, we search your mailing lists for those people, families and businesses that have moved within the last 36 months and have filed a change-of- address (COA) notice with the U.S. Postal Service.
We can also perform a number of searches based on partial or incomplete information in order to provide a complete address or phone number for individuals with whom you wish to communicate. These include surname-only searches, address-only searches, and skip tracing.
