DIVDAT’s Document Management Workflow Solution allows you to collaborate with DIVDAT in the process of creating, editing, and managing your documents. This web based system allows you to send test data and generate samples from documents that you manage. Business rules can be created that require an approval before any file is processed, printed and dropped into the mail stream.
New documents can be created, edited, and sampled until they are approved for production. Once a document is approved for production, it is moved into an active view-only Library that tracks all currently active documents.
Both test and production files sent to DIVDAT are displayed in date order. If a production file has already been sent and you determine that a document needs to be deleted or pulled, this Document Management solution will allow you to search and edit your data file to remove all records that are associated with a specific letter code before it gets printed and mailed.
Notification can be sent whenever any document or file is edited and saved.
