DIVDAT’s Diversecure Archive Vault allows you to search through your printed documents and display every invoice, collection letter, or document that is processed at DIVDAT.
Secure logon ids are provided to a secure website that has the same look and feel as your own corporate website. Search criteria is determined by you—for example, you may want to search on Account number, Last name, First Name, etc.
This solution also has the ability for you to view each file that is sent to DIVDAT. The file transmission page displays the date, file name, number of documents in your file, and whether your file has been processed for print & mail.
An administration area allows you to create and maintain additional login ids. Data can be stored for any length of time.
