When a large Midwest automotive insurance company came to DIVDAT for outsourced print-and-mail services, we learned that it was producing over 40,000 pages of information each month for distribution to several hundred agents nationwide.

DIVDAT not only identified new efficiencies for the insurer's print-and-mail process, we also recommended Diversecure, our Internet-based data storage and retrieval system. With it, the insurer archives documents online and allows password-protected access only to selected users.

With Diversecure, agents are able to access the most current information at any time via the Internet. And the insurer is saving tens of thousands of dollars annually in expenses previously devoted to the production and distribution of paper documents.

A major telephone directory publisher asked DIVDAT to print-and-mail its sales reports and monthly statements to its nationwide sales team. But after a thorough analysis of the publisher's needs, Diversified suggested a different solution that would offer greater speed and cost savings...

Utilizing our custom application and data processing capabilities, DIVDAT created a payroll process in which we accept sales data from the publisher, prepare commission reports for each of the company's 1,500 sales representatives, and post the reports on a secure website.

DIVDAT also prepares and posts deposit statements that correspond to the publisher's automatic payroll deposits. As a result, the sales force receives its monthly commission and payment information quickly...and the publisher saves thousands of dollars in the process.

One of the world's largest producers of packaged food and beverages has for 10 years relied on DIVDAT to print-and-mail 1.5 million statements and other documents every month, as well as provide electronic archiving and EBPP for all of its documents. Recently, the company wanted to update the "look" and improve the deliverability of its mailed invoices...

DIVDAT not only improved the appearance of the client's statements, we also created space on each invoice for dynamic marketing messaging that can change for each consumer. Our DiversiTrack system is monitoring the progress of return envelopes containing payments as they proceed through the USPS system. We are also using our Return Mail Management system to capture invalid addresses and automatically update lists to improve the accuracy of future mailings.

The new invoice design and the technologies that were made available with it has saved the client significant costs, and improved the Customer Service function, as well as customer communications.

As one of the country's largest outsourced providers of collection letters, DIVDAT is well aware of the need for companies to improve the deliverability of their letters and enhance the efficiency of call center efforts. In light of this, we've recently implemented two new technologies, Return Mail Management and DiversiTrack...

With Return Mail Management, undelivered mail is directed (via the return address) to a DIVDAT-hosted post office box. We then determine the reason why the letter was undeliverable and feed the data directly to a client's mail system. This lets the client correct the address or delete it from further mailings, thereby reducing printing and postage costs.

With DiversiTrack, we affix a bar code to return envelopes for scanning by the USPS. When a consumer mails a remittance check, DIVDAT is able to determine when it enters the postal system and track its progress as it makes it way to the client. With this knowledge, debtor's names can be automatically deleted from the call center dialing system, thereby reducing unnecessary calls, and their costs. In addition, bar codes affixed to the outgoing mail provide proof that critical letters were mailed to debtors.

What's more, most call centers are paid a percentage of the collections they make. So by deleting calls to debtors whose checks are in the mail, companies can prevent paying commissions on payments that have already been made.
